Implementation of Wave 1 TKA at SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali Ready to be Held

BOYOLALI, smkknbi.sch.id – SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali is preparing to hold the Academic Ability Test (TKA) Wave 2 on Monday, November 2, 2026. The implementation of this assessment is an important stage in the New Student Admission System (SPMB) series to measure basic competencies and map the academic potential of participants accurately and transparently. The exam is administered entirely digitally using a Computer-Based Test (CBT) system. The exam application and participant database are centrally integrated with SMK Karya Nugraha Boyolali's server infrastructure. This approach ensures data security, time efficiency, and speed of access throughout the exam process. To ensure smooth operations, the technical and proctor teams have conducted comprehensive infrastructure preparations. This process includes checking the suitability of client PCs in the computer lab, optimizing VLAN network allocation, and synchronizing data on the exam server . Mitigation schemes have also been put in place to provide rapid troubleshooting in the event of technical issues with the application or local connection. "The IT committee's primary focus is to provide a stable and hassle-free exam system. All hardware and network traffic flow has been optimally configured so that participants can log in and work on the exams comfortably without worrying about system errors , " stated a representative of the TKA Implementation Committee. Through this second wave of TKA, the institution hopes to recruit the best student candidates ready to be trained through the vocational curriculum, both in the Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) expertise and other programs. All participants are encouraged to arrive at the location 30 minutes before the first session begins, complete with their login card and SPMB registration ID. The selection results and TKA scores will be processed systematically and announced through the school's official web portal and can be accessed directly through each participant's SPMB account dashboard .
